The partly-walled town has two museums, chiefly for the specialist: a picture gallery next to the church with 14th-15thC Sienese school paintings and an archaeology museum where Etruscan finds from the Poggio Pinci necropolis 5 km distant are exhibited. In a house on Via Vento a Roman mosaic floor is preserved under a layer of sand.
