Bunbury

Little to see – but good beaches

On the Indian Ocean 170 km south of Perth. Bunbury is the second largest town in Western Australia, but easily the most boring for tourists. It’s a very normal Australian town, restaurants and hotels, friendly locals and small local events and art galleries if you’re interested. The best feature around here are the nearby beaches, which are good – especially Koombana Beach, where you can often meet friendly dolphins.
