Nambucca Heads

Excellent surfing beach

90 km North of Port Macquarie on the Pacific Highway and the coast. Pronounced ‘Num-bucka’ Heads, this is a quiet little resort with a population of just over 6,000. There’s an excellent patrolled surfing beach 1.5 km up the coast. The heads themselves have spectacular views along the shore.

An ideal stopover on the Pacific Highway, especially at the height of the season when other places are packed.
