The Villa Reale, another Juvara creation, was built around 1729 as an ostentatious hunting lodge of the Savoy dynasty, Baroque-styled and star-shaped. Its sumptuous interior decoration, original furniture and carefully-landscaped gardens make it one of the showplaces of Piedmont.
